Determining the best package for an organization depends on your support needs, budget, program goals, program vision, modules they would like to utilize, the rewards options they want to offer to their users, and more. The Rewardian sales team works with you to understand their program and assist you in choosing the best package for your needs.
Rewardian provides Tier 1 End User Support for all reward-based and platform-based inquiries with a dedicated email, phone, and in-platform support module (regardless of package).
Additionally, Rewardian offers dedicated Account Management Support at the administrative level for any clients that have a package that includes an Account Manager and/or meets the minimum monthly threshold for access to an Account Manager.
Communication is a core component of the Rewardian Platform whether via the platform, mobile app, email, SMS text and/or integration. Rewardian enables program administrators to deploy Notifications, Announcements, and automated triggered emails, while users can communicate directly via recognitions and activity feeds. Rewardian also has native integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack which allow for additional communication opportunities including triggering notifications whenever a recognition, anniversary, or birthday has occurred.
Rewardian has a twelve (12) month contract minimum. Discounts apply for additional terms.
Rewardian bills monthly based on current Active Users. Alternatively, you can commit to a cap and work with your Rewaridan contact as your business grows.
